Concept
The mother's happy face can be seen on the left side. Her body is covered in flowers, butterflies, pink, and many other colors that stand for love, perseverance, and overcoming challenges. Even though she is exhausted, she smiles and is determined to give her children a beautiful life.
However, when her children grew up enough to start a new family and be parents to their own kids, the mother was left forgotten. Her children did not notice that she now has blurred vision, muffled hearing, and poor health, and all she wants is to be with her children. The mother's crying face on the right side expresses sadness and loneliness while yearning for her kids to be close by and take care of her.
