Concept
The Water Festival takes place annually, but due to COVID-19, it was not celebrated for two or three years. However, this year, we might be able to celebrate it again since the pandemic is already over. The artist hopes everyone will participate to help preserve the traditions and heritage that were passed down from ancestors.
