CONCEPT
The artwork reflects on a story of a Khmer woman who is got isolated from her foreigner husband for the 14 days quarantine period with no one beside except a cat. The invoices scattering all over the place represents the financial issue that a lot of people are facing due to the pandemic. The slouching posture of the woman looking at the airplane outside of the window indicate the yearning for freedom to travel and to reunite with the loved ones.
